Computer Center

Our partnership with Payment-iT enables us to use a dedicated a computer center. There are processing services provided with IBM machines based on zSeries and pSeries. That in turn has enabled us to create an infrastructure for the development in all areas of transaction and card processing.

Through modern virtualisation techniques combined with fast external hard-disk units and also the abandonment of fat-clients we were able to realize a "Green IT" project. By switching from fat-clients to thin-clients we were able to reduce our power consumption by 50%.

Our emphasis on our development has led to utilisation of z/OS. AIX, LINUX and UNIX.
